CarbonCopies AI offers subscription services that are billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date. If you do not cancel, the applicable fees for the next subscription period will be charged automatically.
If you cancel before the subscription period ends, you will retain access to the Service until the natural expiration of your current subscription, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining time. All payments are processed via third-party services under their terms and conditions.
We may offer a free trial period for our Subscription services ("Free Trial"). If you sign up for the Free Trial and provide payment information, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. After the Free Trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
CarbonCopies AI reserves the right to modify or terminate any Free Trial at any time without prior notice.
CarbonCopies AI may change the fees for its Subscription services at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. You will be notified in advance, allowing you to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new fees.
We do not offer refunds on subscriptions or purchases once payments have been processed. It is your responsibility to review all purchase details carefully before completing a transaction. By proceeding, you accept the terms provided on the pricing page and acknowledge that you will receive exactly what was described at the time of purchase.
Our Service enables you to generate, process, and manage content (such as test cases, reports, or insights). CarbonCopies AI does not store this content beyond what is necessary for processing purposes. You are responsible for all content created through our Service, including ensuring that it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
You retain ownership of all content you generate, but by using our Service, you grant us the right to process and manage it as necessary to provide our Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
